Director, AeHS – International

Andrew is a qualified software engineer with more than 10 years of professional experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation of Business Solutions, Systems Training, Business and Project Management. Andrew is currently the Managing Director of NPK Technologies Ltd, a company with operations and customers across Africa.

Lead Systems Implementer- Service Delivery Team – Kenya

Peter has a Bachelor’s degree in Bsc (Computer & Mathematics) with IT, from Maseno University. He started working with AfyaPro on October 2020, Previously worked with CarePay Limited. He has more than 5 years experience in System Analysis ,Design, Software Testing, Software Training, Data Collection and Systems implementation.
Currently in charge of AfyaPro sites in Kenya and Tanzania.

Lead System Developer, AeHS- Tanzania

Brian holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Dar es Salaam. His expertise and interest include amongst others the development of ICT solutions and other technological interactions. Brian joined the AeHS team in January 2017 as a Systems Developer.

IT System Analyst and Implementer, AeHS-Tanzania

Moses holds a Master of Arts in Global Information and Telecommunication Technology from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology in South Korea and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Periyar University in India. He is specialized in IT Business, IT Management and Policy as well as IT Research. He previously worked as an IT Assistant Manager and IT Consultant at NPK Technologies LTD, Tanzania.

Richard obtained his BSc. Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the University of Dar es Salaam. He joined AeHS team in August 2017 and is currently working as a junior Systems Developer.

Oswald graduated from the University of Dar es Salaam where he studied Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. He is passionate and interested in software development. He joined AeHS in August 2017 as a junior Systems Developer.

Mkamba holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering & IT degree from the University of Dar es Salaam. He is interested and enthusiastic about anything technology oriented – electronics, networking and software development. He is currently working on developing ICT solutions.

Rachel studied BSc. Software Engineering and graduated from the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. She is a full-stack engineer and passionate about user experience and interaction of a product. Rachel joined the AeHS team in June 2018 as a Systems Developer.

GoodLuck studied BSc. in Computer Engineering and Information Technology at the University of Dar es Salaam Tanzania. He is passionate about software development. He is interested in networking and electronics.

Project Manager, AeHS – International

Chase graduated from the Medical School for International Health in Israel where he studied Cell and Molecular Biology. He expanded his knowledge and experience with international development and diverse health care systems. He is passionate about preventative medicine, community empowerment, and the increasing role of ultrasound as a low cost, portable, diagnostic imaging tool in both urban and rural settings.

Marketing Manager Executive, AeHS- Tanzania.

Esterose graduated from St. Augustine University of Tanzania with a Bachelor of Public Relations and Marketing degree. She worked for four years in the marketing industry.

Senior Medical Advisor, AeHs – International

Wim was the founder and CEO of a large diagnostic centre (SHL in the Netherlands). As Medical advisor, Wim has a special experience of developing and implementing programs for guiding patients with chronic illnesses and helping health care workers- doctors and nurses in improving the quality of service and care at reasonable costs.

Director of Operations,  AeHS- Ghana

Communication and Human Relation is my profession with more than 10 years experience. Judith has been project manager for large organization such as
AT&T and SHELL International working on complex implementation of projects. Within AeHS-Ghana, Judith will make sure all projects are well delivered, on time and satisfactory.

Emmanuel Derek is a Master of Business Administration (MBA) graduate from the Paris Graduate School of Management.  He is a Software Engineer and has extensive experience in the Finance and Telecommunications industry with a focus on Information Technology. In addition, he has more than 10 years’ professional experience in Systems Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation of Business Solutions, Training, Project Management and IT Service Management.

Lisette holds a Master’s degree in Health Sciences with a background in nursing. She has a good understanding of the challenges health care workers face. She is fascinated by how innovative IT solutions can support doctors and nurses in their daily work..

Programme Management Assistance, AeHS – International

Severin provides programme management assistance.He is passionate about population health especially maternal and child health care, as well as emerging non-communicable diseases such as diabetes and hypertension in Africa. His strength and interests are in project implementation, management, operational research and logistics.

Research and Monitoring Specialist, AeHs- Ghana

Pearl Aovare holds a Masters in Public Health degree from the University of Ghana with a special interest in family and reproductive health. She has more than 5 years’ experience in public health research.

Operations Manager, AeHS – Kenya

Edward Nthiga is an experienced IT Project Management Consultant. He is highly skilled in software engineering and project management. His academic background is BSc Computer Science, MBA Information Systems, CCNA. He is a professional member of the Global Project Management Institute.

Junior Software Developer, AeHS – Tanzania

Godliving Mutagaywa, graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Informatics from the Sokoine University of Agriculture (SUA), in 2019.

He is currently an intern junior Software Developer at NPK. His interests are in software development and computer networking. He is assigned on the AfyaPro project and very optimistic to learn how to design, develop and test different modules of the project

Graduate from The university of Nairobi, Elizabeth holds a Bsc. Computer science. She ensures continuous overall performance improvement for our partner health facilities by providing analytics related consultation services.

Dickens graduated from Maseno University in Kenya in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Technology degree. He has a vast array of knowledge in Full Stack development. He is currently an intern at AeHS and assigned to assist on developing best code practice solutions for the AfyaPro software.
