As part of our technical solution design, we undertake the following consultancy services:
Feasibility studies: we undertake a thorough in-country analysis of the practicality and usefulness of introducing IT prior to project formulation, including a technical assessment of the existing IT infrastructure, connectivity, presence of technical service providers, availability and costs of hardware. In addition, stakeholder analysis is performed to assess existing regulations and policies and followed by a workflow analysis.
Solution design: Using a multi-stakeholder approach, we facilitate the process to support creative thinking and decision-making in order to design the desired solution.
Evaluation and project management: We do an evaluation of the (cost) effectiveness, quality and organizational impact of an IT-based solution. Through action research, we manage the entire IT implementation process from the needs analysis stage to the solution design and finally a study of the effects of the implementation process.
We offer 24/7 technical support, both on-site and remotely through our local partner. We provide assistance related to our own products and solutions and to systems that have already been implemented.
